Private Instruction in Obedience and Manners (For dogs 6 months +)

--We do not do “Board and Train” or “Stay and Train”. All of our lessons are for dog and handler together. It is vital that the home environment match the training and expectations on the dog. Conducted onsite. Off site instruction is available on a limited basis and requires compensation for travel time.

Our private instruction is not appropriate for extremely reactive or aggressive dogs. Crowe Farm Canines reserves the right to refer dogs to more suitable instruction after evaluation.

Our lessons can cover: Confidence, Leash manners, Relationship building, field trips, basics (sit, come, down, place), crates, self control, handler training methods, distractions, distance and more.

Initial session/Evaluation: $110. Session runs from 45 minutes to 1 hour.

This session gives both owner and trainer an opportunity to give and receive information about the needs of the dog and the overall process of training that will be used to improve the relationship and behavior of the dog.

You will receive a written summary of the session within 2-3 days with recommendations as well as a phone consultation to answer questions and discuss recommendations for progress.

Pricing: One Session Private: $110.

45-60 minute session addressing methods of training and handling specific to your dog and you.

Mini-Package: Initial Evaluation Session plus three working sessions. $299.

Training Package: Initial Evaluation Session plus six working sessions. $560.

ALL dogs require work, practice, and changes in home routines to be successful. The dogs will NOT change if the humans do not modify their behavior.

Progress is unlikely if regular instruction, at home implementation, and compliance with training methods are not a priority.

If the owners do not work with the dog at home nothing will change.

Private lessons provide a concentrated effort on all our parts during the lesson. It educates you as the handler on how to manage training and household life for better behavior and improvement on the issues you face at home. It doesn’t mean that it will solve any issues without reinforcement at home.
