Private, one-hour: $40. Students can work their dogs in a more concentrated environment. We video searches and students analyze their search. Instructor dogs and guest search dogs work for students to compare working styles and searches with that of their dogs.

Canine Nosework began with the amazing ability dogs have to identify odor. We’ve all been awed by the detection and search and rescue dogs who save lost hikers and find hidden contraband!

All our dogs have this ability to find things with their nose.

Teach your dog to hunt for odor, find it, and indicate to you. This is a terrific sport for all dogs of all ages and for handlers of all ages and physical ability levels. Nosework is a great sport for any dog as each dog is worked individually and has no contact with other dogs. Dogs that are reactive to other dogs or people can safely do nosework in almost all situations.

Competing with your dog is optional but the benefits in training and stimulating your dog’s mental and physical well being are not!

Every dog loves to sniff.

Turn on your dog’s brain as well as it’s nose!

Mental exercise is just as important as physical exercise.
